Plantbased Banana Bread
What you need:
6 Frozen Bananas
320g Pastry Flour
150ml vegan Milk
20ml vegan Cream, or add more milk if you are more calorie conscious
2 Tbsp Baking Soda
2 Tbsp Sunflower Oil
20g - 80g Brown Sugar depending on desired sweetness
20g - 40g Chocolate (ex. Valrhone 85% Dark Chocolate)
20g Pecan Nuts (Walnuts, Almonds)
4g Poppy Seeds
Vanilla, Cinnamon
Oats
How to:
Thaw out the Bananas - they will be really soft and a bit watery and gross looking but it will be delicious
Squeeze Bananas into a bowl
Add 20g -60g Brown Sugar, Vanilla, Cinnamon, Poppy Seeds
Add 150ml - 170ml plant-based Milk or substitute some with plant-based Cream
Add 2 Tbsp Baking Soda to 320g Flour
Mix to an even dough
Chop Nuts & plant-based Chocolates & add to mix
Oil Baking pan or use baking paper
Pour Dough into baking pan
Sprinkle Oaks on top
Bake 45min at 380°F
