Plantbased Banana Bread

 
 

What you need:

  • 6 Frozen Bananas

  • 320g Pastry Flour

  • 150ml vegan Milk

  • 20ml vegan Cream, or add more milk if you are more calorie conscious

  • 2 Tbsp Baking Soda

  • 2 Tbsp Sunflower Oil

  • 20g - 80g Brown Sugar depending on desired sweetness

  • 20g - 40g Chocolate (ex. Valrhone 85% Dark Chocolate)

  • 20g Pecan Nuts (Walnuts, Almonds)

  • 4g Poppy Seeds

  • Vanilla, Cinnamon

  • Oats

How to:

  1. Thaw out the Bananas - they will be really soft and a bit watery and gross looking but it will be delicious

  2. Squeeze Bananas into a bowl

  3. Add 20g -60g Brown Sugar, Vanilla, Cinnamon, Poppy Seeds

  4. Add 150ml - 170ml plant-based Milk or substitute some with plant-based Cream

  5. Add 2 Tbsp Baking Soda to 320g Flour

  6. Mix to an even dough

  7. Chop Nuts & plant-based Chocolates & add to mix

  8. Oil Baking pan or use baking paper

  9. Pour Dough into baking pan

  10. Sprinkle Oaks on top

  11. Bake 45min at 380°F
